Neighbors Meeting Neighbors - Continuing the Tradition, Saturday May 13, 2023
Over the years, it has been a PVE tradition to celebrate a time of community connection and safety awareness. Typically, this event has been in August in the evening. We've changed this event to the spring in the daytime in order to get more neighbors together for a fun and relaxing time together.
This year's event was held May 13, 2023.
Residents of all ages were invited to attend the event in your neighborhood. Special caravan guests included Crimefighting Dog Officer McGruff, our first responders (PVE PD and LA Country Fire Dept), City Council members and PVE Neighborhood Watch team members.
The event promoted one of our primary neighborhood safety strategies – knowing your neighbors.
