Special caravan guests included our first responders (PVE PD and LA Country Fire Dept), City Council members, City Staff and PVE Neighborhood Watch team members.  Special feature was the ice cream truck sponsored by PVE Neighbhrhood Watch.  Looking forward to seeing you next year!
