Volunteering

There are a number of ways that you can be involved in PVE Neigbhorhood Watch.  It is rewarding and a tremendous service to our community.  You will be working with a number of fantastic volunteers and receive help in your role.  

Block Captain: 
Block Captains serve a vital role as liaison between your neighbors, the PVE NW Board and the PVE Police Department. As a Block Captain, you will be responsible to:  
  1. Create a roster for your Block
  2. Hold at least one Block Meeting a year
  3. Forward emails from your Area Coordinator to your Block

Area Coordinator: 
Area Coordinators serve as a liaison with the PVE PD, Block Captains and their areas.  As an Area Coordinators, you will be responsible to:  
  1. Recruit and support Block Captains
  2. Help with NW events and membership drives
  3. Attend Board Meetings
